First time trying Ledo, I ordered a pie for takeout. I have to say I’m a fan! Perfect thin, flaky, buttery crust. Plenty of cheese, and just the right amount of toppings too. Will order again.

They aren't very attentive to their dine in patrons.. Food was good and the person serving us was very polite.

This location offers some great value and fast service. You can park across the street and CVS when you go pick up your pizza. They have some new menu items with Korean BBQ focus. See the pictures, attached.

Amazing! We tried them after all of my coworkers spoke so highly of them! Ordered pizza, wings, fries, mozzarella sticks, spaghetti and cheesy garlic bread - everything was delicious! Can’t wait to try some of the subs! Also, the delivery was quick and HOT on arrival! We will definitely be regulars!!

Busch league service, waited 25 mins after arriving at the pick-up time to find out that the food had just been sitting there. Hard pass in the future.

Decent pizza for the price!

I got the large pizza and shared it with 4 friends. It was perfect. They live up to the hype and I've heard that their chicken strips are amazing.

Great great pizza. They are franchise, but I would consider them one of the best pizza places in the world. They just have a great crispy crust and sweet sauce. This location is quick, friendly, and always on time. Highly recommended.

Do not order delivery. Every order takes over an hour and customer service is terrible.

Quick and delicious take out. Definitely try the lasagna if you’re looking for something other than pizza!

I called Ledos yesterday to place an order to have my husband pick it up and pay 4 by credit card over the phone. The young lady told me she couldn't take my credit card over the phone of course that made me upset I said since when and said you lost a customer and hung up. Unfortunately because the food is so good my family still wanted it so I order online, Had some error message after placing my order that didn't go through. I then called the store back to place my order after explaining the online problem I had she then took my credit card at this time over the phone. Why couldn't you have done it in the 1st place? I called the manager this morning, Not a good listener all he wants is the answer to his questions but I can express myself fully would happen.They really made this isolated situation into something big. My family can do Ledo's but they definitely lost me as a customer They were so unprofessional towards me.

Completely unreliable delivery option. Missing the boat for sure.

I called one evening to make an order to pick up for a work lunch pizza party the next day. I was worried they would misplace the order or simply forget the next morning, but I showed up at 11:15am and they were pulling the pizzas out of the oven. I was pleasantly surprised and I will definitely use them again for other large orders!

Pizza is good, service is terrible. Three different times they forgot drinks I ordered and told me they would be back with them and they never returned, the third time they told me they forgot and gave me "credit". I'm tired of having to let them know that they forgot something everytime I order, this will be the last time I order.

They have the best pizza and outstanding customer service.

My grandkids and I have been Ledo pizza lovers for a long time, still are! First referred by my sister, who is also a Ledo fan for over 20 years. Those little squares hit the right taste buds. Thanks Ledo’s!

Venue can use a serious updating. Nonetheless, their pizzas never disappoints.

Great pizza. Staff could be a little friendlier. They were rather curt when we showed up 5 minutes before our pizza was ready.

Ledo Pizza at this location did a local school support night, so we ordered a take out pepperoni pizza. The pizza was ready when promised and we all liked it. The crust is nice and thin, the pepperoni thick and spicy. A large is a lot of pizza! Friendly staff! We don't like any of the big chain pizzas, but this local chain is a keeper!

It was my birthday my son took me to HIS favorite restaurant where 1st the Waitress was rude... our food was over cooked... pizza was actually burned on top &&& we spent $55 for pizza salad chicken & drinks we just paid and left. Worst experience in Arlington EVER!

Ledo’s is the best pizza ever. It’s unlike any other pizza place. You have to ask for extra sauce, though, or it will be a little dry.

Ledo’s Pizza is always great, but this location should stick to delivery. Service was slow, inattentive, and clueless. Food was great once it arrived though.
